Refund Policy

This pilot policy explains when a paid pass may be refunded and how to ask support to review a payment.

Eligible refunds

Pilot pass purchases are eligible for review when you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and the account has not been used in a way that violates the terms.

How to request

Send your refund request to support@linguify.app from the email on your Linguify account. Include the purchase date and a short reason so support can locate the order.

What happens next

Support reviews the request, checks payment and access records, and updates the order state. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment service when possible.

Limits

Refund timing may depend on the payment service and bank. We may retain limited order, access, and audit records after refund for security, dispute resolution, tax, or legal reasons.
